Luther McDaniel is a Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist with Aerostar Software Solutions. He brings to the team more than 12 years of HR and recruitment expertise. Prior to becoming a trusted team member here, he served a 20-year career with the United States Air Force where he served over half of his career placing the correct individuals in the right career path to ensure that the Air Force never fell short of their acquisitions target. Luther was appointed to be the Senior Regional Manager, Talent Acquisitions Recruitment for the 344th Recruiting Squadron. Luther was responsible for ensuring qualification adherence for talent on Active, Reserve, and Air Guard status. For Active-Duty Airman, he is also tasked with classifying candidates into appropriate Air Force Specialties. Finally, Luther had the critical responsibility of evaluating candidates' emotional and mental stability. Properly documenting all conditions to ensure only the most qualified candidates were placed given an opportunity in the best interest of the Air Force and Nation Defense.
